Callum has a back ground in the construction and property market having run a successful construction company for many years before also getting involved in the property market, Callum has excellent customer service manor and prides himself on dealing with all aspects of the business on a day to day basis with efficiency and professionalism.

    Graeme started out in the property market as an apprentice joiner and went on to run a successful joinery business for some years, having his own properties he diversified into the property management and now forms part of a very successful team at Cruz.

      Gary is a qualified Structural Engineer and runs a successful consulting engineering practice so has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and property industry. Being a joint owner of rental properties with the other directors, has significant experience with the rental market and dealing with tenants. Since the company inception and setup in 2011 has continued to develop and expand his knowledge of property management and embraces the challenges of the ever changing rental market and legislations.

        Carol started with us mid-2014, using her background in Customer Service to liaise with the tenants, landlords and contractors alike to ensure that we provide the best service possible.

        Over the last year, Carol’s role has changed from dealing with daily maintenance issues to dealing with the financial aspects of the business, including rent collections from the tenants and preparation of the financial statements for our Landlords.

        Carol also ensures that all safety certificates and checks are up to date on the properties, as well as preparing our Landlords in advance for any changes in legislation that may affect their rental properties.

          Property Manager

          Margaret started with us in January 2015 and will have done her CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property by the end of 2018 and is your first port of call when calling the office. Her warm and friendly personality makes her the perfect meet and greeter for all tenants, landlords and contractors that come into our office.

          Margaret liaises with all tenants and landlords to arrange viewings, inspections, check-ins and checkouts, preparation of tenancy agreements and deals with all aspects of tenant deposits. Margaret provides a high standard of customer service to assist with all property queries by face, phone or email.
